We all know that the economy sucks right now…
So what are you going to do in 2009 to make it better for your business and others?
Think it’s too early to start thinking about that? Think again.
It isn’t. Many people put off the planning of their next year of business until the last minute…but there couldn’t be a worse mistake. In fact, that “reactive” thinking to your business can actually kill your business over the long haul.
You need to take some time…not just think about, but take some time…to work on your business instead of in it. That thinking includes planning your next year in business about 30 - 60 days ahead of time (meaning plan completed…not just being thought about).
I have already finished my plan for 2009. I know what I want to accomplish.
This plan includes elements like working towards “retiring” from copywriting…meaning I will still offer internet business consultative and coaching services…but the copywriting service will not be a part of my business model by mid to end of 2009.
I also have set my income goals for 2009.
Do you know how much you are going to make in 2009?
Not how much you want to make, how much you are going to make. Yes, you can actually plan this ahead of time…and when written down or typed into a clear plan with dates and objectives…it’s amazing how close you come to what you set for income
So, don’t be lazy…don’t put this off…don’t wait another second, in fact, close your internet browser right after reading this post…and get to work on telling yourself how well you will do in 2009!
Here are (if you don't take action)...
