The layout is nice and attractive. I think there needs to be more information about what you get though if you register. It is not clear and there is no information page to explain in more detail exactly what you are offering.

Ok looking at the site first blush I see several things that could be improved on: The following information is VERY important and should be up as soon as possible on your site. Preferably prior to launching it:

TOS ( Terms of Service) this is important as you want people from the very onset of an account to know what is and is not allowed. For example age requirements for an account, policy against pornography and photos allowable etc. You want to be sure that there is no underage contact between members etc.

Privacy Statement- Due to laws regarding privacy of your client's information it is absolutely necessary to have this in place. People want to know that whatever they type into their profile will be protected against prying eyes. If the services are paid services consumers want to know that their credit card information is secure on your servers. If you are taking payments it is a necessity to have a SSL certificate of your own, not a shared one.

A lot of simple questions concerning the service can be answered in the FAQ section of the site this is a valuable tool.

Services- there is currently nothing on this page, your services should always be listed prior to launching your site. What levels of membership are offered? does it cost anything? how do you accept payment? etc. Do you offer a guarantee?

The red and white is a good combo but for people who are sight inpaired or who have sensitive eyes to bright colors this may go against you.

The general layout is good and seems to work well for you.

I encourage you to get the vital information aspect up and running as soon as possible and worry about the overall cosmetics of the site later.

The color of this site is nice but the designation is not logic.

I think you should create good logo and header for your site. You have used red color throughout the page. I don't feel it as attractive. If you can put some picture related to dating it will be better.

I agree with sujith.it, you have to think about color combination. Logo and header is very informant. First impression is coming from header and logo.
