Member announcements might be a good idea, but perhaps something that should still be kept under control? I don't know, when I'm part of a community, I feel like it's ok and not spamming when I say "hey look what I just finished!". I think we all do that from time to time, so having a separate board probably wouldn't make a huge difference I don't think.

Hi All,

Here's a thought....Why not have a "Mentor for a Month - Exchange"

It could work like this...post a message asking for help with a particular subject, let's say SEO help but you have skills to trade, maybe as an Ebook cover expert etc.

An so on and so on....each post what skills they have to trade and what skills they want to learn.

Match ups should become reasonably obvious....some I am sure would be happy to help without anything in exchange.

Just a way to get the community more interactive and we all can grow.

What do you think?
