Have you considered placing a Contest in the Site for Banner/Logo/Text Ad/Page Websites? this is done in other marketing websites where people put their desired Contests into the Contests Thread stating their ideas and how much they will give to the Winner and Runner-Ups if they so desire, it's really great to watch and some of the designs put forwarded are excellent.
It is only an idea Lynn so appreciated if this is considered silly, no probs
