Hi Lynn this foru is really great so thank you for all the effort and work you put into it.

I have a suggestion but this will require strict rules in order to prevent fraud,

its about a free lancing section, where those who need help with web sites, design or programming can post what they want and those with the skills can reply.

in order to prevent fraud i thought maybe the persons dont pay unless the job is complete and to guarantee a person will pay they have got to be a couple of days old on the forum

Its just a suggestion, but as starters I think this will help a lot

I was thinking more along the lines of creating a forum category where people can post jobs that they need done, or barters they want to do, and then they can work out the details with those interested via PM or email.

Basically a place to find services, and find work.
