Great Alternative to Roboform (Free!)

Postby thebarefootbloke » Thu May 07, 2009 8:37 am

Hey everyone,

I just thought I'd share this great tool that I have been testing in out and it's been working a treat so far, Keepass

Similar to Roboform (minus the price tag - it's free), KeePass is a free open source password manager, which helps to manage all your passwords protected in one central program. It's got loads of feature and flexibility. I personally love it because It's portable (it can be carried on an USB) which is handy for when I am out and about.

Check it out,

-Phil

LOL - funny Loretta!

I had a problem similar to that years ago with a site I was promoting - it was something like 'womensexpo' - and everywhere I tried to promote it, they turned me down - because of that 'not really a word' word in the middle there! :))

Rick, we can't help it - we both have too many men in our houses wrongly influencing us! ;)

Hello my name is Simon Davis and I am the marketing manager for Siber Systems makers of RoboForm and GoodSync.

Just curious, apart from the pricetag and the open-source aspect, what features of this product would you like to see included in future releases of RoboForm password manager ?

Great deal!

Is Firefox not supported? Just noticed that IE 7 and 8 plus Vista were but didn't see FF. I only use FF so that's why I'm asking. Thanks
