I know that Todd Gross of http://www.voiceoverwebsites.com is one of the goto guys when it comes to audio and video. Are there any others as well?

If you need to get a pro voice over I highly recommend talking to your local TV and radio stations. The announcers and voice over folks who work there can often be hired for side projects on the cheap, and they are usually pretty easy to work with.

In a similar vein, look at local colleges and see what they offer for broadcast schools, and see about hiring a student to do the work. They come even cheaper and still usually do a good job. If you can, you might even be able to offer them job experience that applies to their courses.

I heard very good things about 3BuckAudio. I can't remember her name, though.
