Newbie here needing SMO advice!

Useful advice, but just remember that Facebook owns any material you post in their site as well as anything off their site to which you link (or at least they think so).

I believe Facebook modified that recent change in their terms of service regarding ownership of posted materials. Anyone have a link to that. I know I saw on Twitter that Facebook backed down from that.

Not true ... They changed their TOS to reflect (more clearly) that they don't own rights to anyone's material on Facebook. :wink:

I'll admit I may have heard something to that effect, but I thought I'd toss that one out anyway. Facebook has a bit of a reputation for being overly controlling. I may feel I have to get an account one day, but I've held out so far.
