Blogcatalog or MyBlogLog?

Anyone have an opinion on which Social Networking system is better for generating interest? Personally I think that Blogcatalog is better for generating interest and traffic, but wanted to hear other opinions.

I'm a member and use both of them, but I don't see but a handful of direct visitors from them each month. I like the new features MBL has added in the past few months though. I've found several good blogs using these sites.
