Since the patent office has upheld Eolas' patent of embedding items such as Flash into websites, how will that affect you?
“If you use embedded technologies for audio or video - including Flash - you are in for some re-engineering work before April 11th.
Microsoft plans to release a patch to IE 6 - and embed new technology in IE 7 - that effectively disables all media activated with applet, object or embed tags (used to insert plugins into webpages).
Once the new patch hits, your users will need to click on each object to “activate” it. Autoplay simply won’t work unless you “fix” your sites.”

I'm sure MS is taking this to the U.S. Supreme Court but looks like the "work-arounds" will be in place soon.
So ... WHAT do YOU think?
