It took me a few minutes to figure out the purpose of that page. My first suggestion would be to make these two blurbs at the top in a Heading format (such as <H1> or <H2>) so that they stand out more:

We will create a real estate website for you

Here is a prototype of your real estate website! Notice our user-friendly property locator system and the unique photo gallery feature.

Well, actually they both are not really important for me, but thanks anyway :)
Did you like the design?

Hm.

Yes, the design itself is really good but, I think it's really hard to tell what you are trying to sell... I had to visit the page again. If I were looking for web design and found your page, I would assume you sold real estate instead of web design and move on.

While I like the design, I think it would be easy to pass over since the mission of the site is lost. I know you have all the text and headings there to have people read them but honestly, most people won't read them.

If you are just doing a template for your portfolio area, it's a great site.

Who is your market? That might help us understand your offering...

Real estate agents, brokers, companies, agency is my market.
We develop websites for real estate.

The idea is in combining two websites in one: 1 is offering website development, another - is a demo website of what we offer. :)

The phrase "Here is a prototype of your real estate website! Notice our user-friendly property locator system and the unique photo gallery feature." is going to become a part of design, in the top of the page, so then people will better understand where they came.

Any other advices?
Thanks.
