question regarding Bluehost and Wordpress

Another question. I have installed Wordpress at my first site. I have muddled through uploading a new theme. Now I'm ready to start.

Is my site "live" at this point? Since it's a blog format, is it already "published", or can I build it and then publish it?

I was envisioning building it and then publishing it finished, rather than piece at a time. Course, I guess even if it is "published" and live right now, no one's going to find it anyway.

Can anyone clear this up for me? This is a whole new language for me, and is a very steep learning curve right now, but I am learning something new and different every day.

What's your domain name? type it in and see what happens. It's probably live.
