I've been toying with the idea of developing some free blog templates that could be customized with your current blogging software of choice (blogger, typepad, wordpress, mt, etc.) - of course, you will need to insert the respective codes for the content...I'd try to maintain an online FAQ section, etc.
Now - where's the catch? I'd only have a couple rules - A link to my website must remain on each page my template is used on and the templates may not be resold or used to make a profit.
Who would possibly be interested in this, would you consider the "rules" fair tradeoff - bloggers speak up and let me know
