I would take number 2. The first one has the exercise ball, but it really is not clear what it is supposed to be unless you are familiar with the equipment. The trampoline is easy to see and well defined and helps to drive home the message.

I'd say #2 also. As Alex said the blue ball could be scanned quickly as just a blue corporate circle or sorts.

Thanks everyone! I agree about the ball but now things might be changing with the header, who knows (can we say UGH) LOL

Certainly #2. The mini tramp is much more immediately identifiable with weight loss/exercise.

I think #3 would be a poor choice simply because of the animation. Animated headers, banners, etc., are really too "1990s" for a nicely done, professional website look.

Hi Angie - my vote goes for header #4. The color will match any image you put on your page.
