Style Sheets are templates, very similar to templates in desktop publishing applications, containing a collection of rules declared to various selectors (elements). is used to generate these style sheets. External Style Sheet in CSS can be linked with any number of HTML documents. Embedded style is the style attached to a specific document.

This is an odd post isn't it? The topic isn't a question, it isn't very informative, and it isn't accurate.
HTML is a language used to mark up text and display it to a web browser. CSS is an attempt to pull the design and layout elements, all of the visual stuff, out and store it in a separate, easy to manipulate file.
I love the CSS Zen Garden (http://www.csszengarden.com/) to really help highlight the power of CSS.
