Anyway, I would be happy to do it for you.
As Harevey said, his program only works with phpbb2.
phpbb3 is a completely new program, none of the phpbb2 MODs, styles, etc. will work with phpbb3.
all of your members, posts, forums, topics, etc. are converted over during the upgrade.
phpbb.com just announced that after feb. of 09 they will no longer be offering support for phpbb2.
However, I and others, will continue to support it.
