Flash web design help !

Hi all,
I need your help with flash design. I have used this software Flash Website Design Pro v1.16 to design a flash logo to my website. But I can't save out my result to my disk so that I can use to my site. Has anyone use this software yet ? In the help menu, it say we can save out to GIF and then put it in our HTML website, but I can;t find the .GIF form to save out yet. It could only save out to flash type (.fls). Which software should I use to open that type of file ?

why would you use a flash creation software to create a gif file?

you can use any graphics program to create a gif image.

I have no idea about the software you are using, but most software has a drop down menu to choose file types when you are saving a file.

I personally stay away from too much flash on my sites, it loads very slow for those on dial up connections and in general for me personally surfing too much flash is annoying and I tend to click off of sites with a bunch of flash on it.

Thank you for your reply. I think flash page looks frofessional but it loads slow and not all people like it. I may not put it in my site.
