Dreamweaver - Missing XSLT Objects from Insert Menu

I really really really tried to search this and found 1 or 2 topics on the net for this but my issue still exists. I'm BRAND NEW to this stuff (in fact just installed Dreamweaver yesterday) but I'm a fairly technical person.

I was going through the tutorials in Dreamweaver and on the one titled "Add a Repeat Region XSLT object" I cannot find XSLT Objects in the Insert menu. I've verified i'm working on an .xsl file, everything is in the same directory, I'm highlighting/selecting the correct table row.

Any hints/advice will be GREATLY appreciated! I'm not going to let this one speed bump stop me from learning this stuff!! (One reason I'm trying to learn this is at the advise of several of you to update a site of mine!)

Just an update - Looks like I originally messed up somewhere because I started from scratch and it seemd to work this time!

If anyone know what may have gone wrong initially I'm still curious so I dont make the same mistake.
