Greetings I am about to launch a new site and want to put in blog, forum, or rss but i am not sure what will suite our needs better. once decision is maid what application is better out of them for the application used (phpbb, wordpress, b2evolution) thers more applications there but u get the point.
the concept behind this is for a self help area for computer technical issues and fixes, the site will be offering computer repair, hardware, and software support in a 3 state area.

all of the above.
put in the bulletin board for the support, a blog for all the good reasons to have a blog.
RSS should be added to it all, the blog, the board, etc.
phpbb is free, is the best and most widely used bulletin board in the world and has a great support system in place.
the same is true for wordpress.
