I need something very inexpensive (read: free) code to make a gift/wedding registry on my site. It needs to work with my current shopping cart which is Mals-e.

Check out the "add to wish list" script here: http://www.devscripts.com/visit.php?sId=814
It looks like it has some promise! Their gift registry script doesnt appear to be available yet, but you might email them and ask about availability or beta testing. Back to the WishCast Wizard, they have a java version (copy & paste code) and its only $4.95/month. You can demo it without registering - the code is right there on the site
