Latley, i read an advise which is:
Use server side include (SSI) files where ever possible .
SSI files make your webpage more responsive and decrease page load time.
how can i use SSI files . how can i apply this advise?

The best advice I can offer is that you do a search and learn all you can about SSI (server side includes). This is a good start:
