That a two different way to put video on website:

1.Video Tutorials - a recording of your screen.

2.Video from your camera or webcam.

If you’re looking for a more affordable software program that’s similar to the $300 Camtasia Studio software, grab yourself a copy of CamStudio which is free online at http://www.camstudio.org/

And for no.2 - Put your video on your website. OK , Here’s the fun part. Embedding your video on your site so people can watch it. If you’ve recorded a video tutorial using Camtasia or Camstudio, the program will provide the code you need to put on your site.

Ok, I tried the information you gave me, but that's not going to work. I have a DVD presentation, and I am trying to upload it onto like a video player and have it play like as flash or something when someone visits my site.

Any other suggestions?

There are couple other ways. One is to purchase software that converts your DVD into flash. I bought back in October and it's work very nice. V2F compresses the video making it Internet ready and generates the HTML for you. All you have to do is upload the HTML file to your server and the video is on your website with it's own player so it's very easy. You can check it out it at the . (That is an affiliate link but it does work great and it is easy to use).

If you can't afford the software, check with your host. A lot of the good hosts have streaming and flash conversion services as part of your hosting fees so it won't cost you anything extra. Ask them if they have a free flash-based media player and/or media streaming. My host offers this services. Although it's a little more work to do and figure out that way it's not as easy as clicking two buttons like with the software it's a cheaper option than buying software. Good luck!
