Copy breaks up

I'm baaack!
Now that we have all the graphics up, what is happening to my copy?
In the Article Archived page I put a Table of Contents in the left colum.
I highlighted one to make a hyperlink to the colum on the right. All I get
is 404 page.
I copied/pasted article to TextPad. I had to straighten out the sentences
and paragraphs. I use word wrap instead of "Enter". I have been told to
use enter. But, I'm not the average bear, just an East Texas Dummy. I
have difficulties, now, with hitting enter, since I found "wrap." But it looks
as though I'll have to drop it.
My problem is that in MS Front Page in the Normal, the text looks right.
In HTML it looks right. But in Preview and the website, there are several
lines that have too many spaces, and some lines only have one or two
words
like this and
it is verry annoying!
Any suggestions? All will be appreciated...as long as they are nice.

Don't use enter! On a webpage, you should use the wordwap. In most instances, html will wrap to the window. You are getting some very short lines because it is wrapping (the window is smaller than the lines).

Near the spot on the page where you want to just to put this:

<a name="nameofsection"></a>

Then make a link to it in the table of contents:

<a href="#nameofsection">Section Title</a>
