XML Software Question

I really appreciate your feedback on this one.

If I might ask, what do you use if you don't use XML?

Do you use premade templates where you just sort of fill in the information?

I have a site that means a great deal to me. I put a lot of blood, sweat, and tears into my site and I probably have 100+ pages of information out there on the net.

When I found out that some of the hearing impared folks wouldn't be able to access the information because the language that I'm using is out dated that kinds of threw me for a loop.

I'm not a web designer so everything I did on my site was through trial. Same thing goes for the site optimization part of it.

What do you think?

Also, with the blogspot template is there an easy way to sort of manipulate the default ones so that I can make it my own?

xml isn't replacing html. It's a more extensible data format. Is there something your trying to accomplish that requires xml?
