script font?

Anyone know of a script font that shows up correctly in most browsers?

it is not about the browser, it is about the computer.

fonts only show up if that computer has it installed on it.



if you choose a font in your html that is not installed on the computer of the person viewing your page, it simply will revert to whatever is default.

Robert is spot on. If you're planning to use a script font (which should only be used for headings and titles due to its tendency to be illegible in large quantities), then you'll need to make it into an image and insert it that way or by using (Scalable Inman Flash Image Replacement).

Arial, Georgia or Verdana should work. Anything more fancy may or may not show up on the viewers end.

bottom line, if your viewer does not have the font installed on their computer, it will not matter what it looks like in whatever browser , it simply will not show up at all, it will revert to whatever the viewer's browser has set as default. that is usually times new roman, or verdana or arial.
