Hi Gang, I Need a premier web designer pronto, any takers?

Hi folks after about a year now I have lost another webpage designer, I guess I wanted a rather deep site and this well seasoned gentlemen couldn't hang with my requests, I didn't want to give him a heart-attack or anything so I reluctantly allowed him to bow out gracefully.

After about a year of trying to get my own website set up, I am starting to get discouraged, I've read the books surfed the sites, spoke to the people and made attempts to proceed on several occasions.

I simply ask for a top professional who knows the art inside out and can finish what was began, Something always happens to snafu the project.

Does anyone know of a genius in web design that can go deep!
who would you recommend and why? Thanks for any thoughts on this matter . Dan

Actually, I use to live in Adak, Alaska... my dad was a Marine, but I would not be able to make it out that way... still got responsiblities here.
