I started using GoLive because I got it in the Adobe Design suite. I've also fooled with nVu and it is pretty decent, especially considering the price (free)!

I started out the hard way- coding by hand. Thankfully I work with people who have a vast knowledge of coding, html, asp, css, and basic.
Now, I have been using the old stand-by- Front Page. I have the others, but still revert back to FP
