getting forms to work in frontpage

I am not sure what I need to do. I have created a form here
http://www.herbalean-dietpills.com/contact.htm but I can not get it to work. How do I set this up if I want to receive the form information through email. and does my host need to do something on their end.
Also when I publish can I ftp?

You need a script that translates and sends what is input into you form to your email box. Here is a to the one I use all the time.

I thought when my host installs the frontpage extensions it would work?
Where is the link you sent?

I believe formmail (suggested above) relies on CGI, which she wont have available to her if she's using frontpage extentions (correct me if I'm wrong).

You might try doing a search on google for "frontpage forms". I am not familiar enough with them to help you troubleshoot. You should be able to set them up in frontpage, publish via frontpage (not ftp) and it should work...

It's been a while since I've used FrontPage, but I believe that it already has a form mail script by default.

Just right-click and select 'Form Properties'. The Form Properties dialog box should come up. By default, the data is sent to a text file... but I think you can specify an email address in another field.

Any FrontPage experts out there?
