I accomplished certain goals ... such as moving up in compensation hierarchy ... by doing some limited Nationwide advertising (courtesy of my husband) ... and really listening to people who respond ... what they want ... what they need. Good customer service really drives happy customers and happy customers drives a good referral stream.
The Nationwide advertising really draws in potential customers and referrals that you would have no other way of getting in touch with.
Plans for moving forward include expansion of our Nationwide Team ... and to get the team under me moving forward in the right direction.
