**PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A TELECOMMUTING POSITION AND CANDIDATE MUST RESIDE IN PACIFIC OR MOUNTAIN TIME ZONE**
Contractor will be supporting the CIGNA account for the newly acquired Great West locations. Duties will include: voice circuit provisioning, vendor management, voice engineering projects (design/implementations, voice logical diagrams) for Avaya PBXs/modular messaging systems, mirgration for the Mitel to Avaya PBXs for three locations and call center engineering support. Support includes 7X24 remote support and weekend work.
