Tech Support Work At Home

We are hiring remote support techs for our outsourced web hosting support business. While Hosting experience is preferred, it is not required. We are willing to train the right person, but you must have some knowledge of how websites and email work.

The job is 90% on-call. You only spend ~5-10 minutes answering each ticket, and most of the time you're just waiting for them to come in. As such, we pay $2/ticket and a $150/month retainer. You have to be near a computer during your shift to reply to tickets, but if you can get notifications on your phone while you're watching TV or whatever, that's fine. The important thing is that tickets get answered within 15 minutes.

The times we need coverage are:
7PM-2AM Tues-Sat
2AM-11AM Wed-Sun

Once again, this is ON-CALL time. The ticket load is low right now, but is growing as we accumulate more clients. At some point, this will be full time work, at which time we may offer hourly work. For now, these positions pay by the ticket + retainer.
