Job description:
Logistic Vision, Inc. a rapidly-growing, Denmark-based freight shipping company, seeks a polished, dynamic, flexible, detail-oriented and highly-organized professionals to handle a variety of accounting, business operations and office management duties. The Company is a leading provider of next generation freight forwarding and shipping services that help organizations discover insights, patterns and relationships hidden in their needs.
Job responsibilities will include:
o General and operational accounting
o Basic financial and management reporting
o Office management in a home-based office environment
o Managing Company contracts and customer files
o Other special projects as directed by the CXOs of the Company
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be highly professional, will have a strong customer service orientation, and will possess outgoing, friendly personality. Additionally, he/she will have a history of success in rapidly-changing, dynamic environments.
Additional requirements:
o US Citizenship
o Strong skills in Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office Products
o Office management and sales & marketing experience
o Customer interface experience, preferably in support role
