Code Authority Custom Software needs a part time experienced Quickbooks user to do light bookkeeping, answer inbound calls and direct legitimate ones, and run errands for the office team.

This will be a part time position from 9am to 2pm each business day.

We will furnish you a VOIP phone which will be the primary inbound office number during this time window. So candidates will need good high bandwidth ISP service in their home, and a good computer.

Candidates will need to be experienced in Quickbooks bookingkeeping tasks like:

Accounts Payable activities
Accounts Receivable - generating invoices
Preparing Deposits
Entering ledger expenses

This is perfect for a stay at home mom or college student with class schedule that allows it.

Please describe your ISP service (DSL, Cable Modem), your computer (how recent is it), and if you are familiar with IM programs.

Also describe your Quickbooks experience.

Occasionally we will also need errands run in addition to QB duty and phones.

As for phone duty we will want you to try and prevent sales people from getting through and then transfer legitimate calls.

After 2pm your VOIP phone will auto transfer to our office and will stop ringing.

Please provide your required part-time hourly pay rate too.
