Morning Shift Office Assistant (Springfield ---Work From Home Available)
Small construction company in Springfield is looking for an energetic morning office assistant. The person filling this position will be responsible for:
- Data entry for all work orders that come in each morning
- Gathering and separating all contractor photos into their respective folders
- Process work orders by going to the client website and completing the workflow
- Answer phones, transferring calls or providing direct assistance when possible
- Assist in dispatching contractors
- Assist staff with misc. tasks
This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity for full-time employment for the right person. Applicants MUST be available to come into the office no later than 6:45 AM (general office hours for this position are 6AM-12PM). This is a fast-paced environment and the applicant should be able to adapt quickly to changing situations. Applicants should be organized and able to multi-task.

Qualifications:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
