A licensed real estate agent/investor is looking for someone to help collect data (walk through neighborhoods and collect info), do simple research and then compile into an excel spreadsheet. Knowledge of Philadelphia neighborhoods is a plus, or just be willing to learn.

Candidate must be organized, driven, and willing to learn about the Philadelphia real estate market. This is a great opportunity for college students or young professionals looking for a summer job.

Starting salary is $10/hour with future employment and marketing opportunities possible in the future.
