Job Description
• Resolve Customer service and technical support calls
• Helping customers with Internet service issues.
• Educate customers as it pertains to using email, surfing the web, connecting to the Internet and up loading web pages
Qualifications
• A desire to work and accomplish goals.
• Computer literate
• Good attitude
• Interest in computer networking
• Strong customer service skills and communication skills, 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Outlook 03-07 and Outlook Express
• Basic understanding of all Windows desktop platforms including Windows 95/98/ME/2000/XP/VISTA
• A+ certification preferred
• Be able to work night and weekend hours - Current shift available 3:00PM to 11:30PM including Saturday and Sunday.
