Part Time Admin Assistant - Work From Home

1. You MUST be acclimated with the personal development/self improvement industry - not merely have read 1 or 2 books, but be intimately familiar with this industry.
2. US based and speak American English - NO EXCEPTIONS

Looking for a part-time virtual administrative assistant to work from home in a long-term (6 months - permanent) position. You'll start out at about 5 hours a week and increase to about 15 hours per week within 60 - 90 days.

Duties will include, but not limited to:
outbound communications with clients (NOT customer service)
internet research
reading/skimming books on personal development/self-improvement/leadership, etc.
proofreading documents
communications with other assistants
blog maintenance (training provided)

We provide thorough video training for almost all tasks.

Must be 100% FLUENT IN ENGLISH both written and oral. When you bid, use the phrase "mucho dinero". Also, must be available as some time between 9am - 9pm (GMT -5) Monday through Friday. Keep your cover letter to 200 words or less (less is preferred)


MAIN SKILLS NEEDED:

- Research
- Light HTML
- Proofreading
- Able to communicate effectively (NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE)


REQUIREMENTS

Hard Skills:
- Absolutely 100% fluent in U.S. English - both written and oral (some phone work involved)
- Must be proficient in MS Office applications and have installed on computer (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent organization skills (detailed oriented)
- Able to systemize and document your daily activities
- Familiarity with HTML - You'll need to understand and be able to manipulate basic HTML code
- Must be able to follow directions well and learn new software/procedures quickly
Soft Skills:
- Great written and oral communication skills - ENGLISH
- A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
- Professionalism and courtesy is mandatory
- Ability to set and meet deadlines.
- Ability to follow instructions clearly
- VERY comfortable using the Internet


Other Requirements:
- Personally owned, up-to-date computer (Windows XP, Pentium 3 or better)
- Must have RELIABLE high speed (DSP/Cable) access to the Internet
- Must have access to Gtalk instant messenger service
