Start up online chat center is looking for experienced chat operators to grow with our company. We are currently seeking to fill 2 online chat operator positions. Operators will work from home and are required to have a laptop or desktop with a reliable and secure connection. Operators will be responding, through text, to customers questions and guiding customers through clients website. Since we are a startup company the starting salary is $8.00 per/hr with measureless potential growth. Plans are in place for performance bonuses and other additional rewards. Operators will be contracted to accounts as needed and will manage client accounts starting from 4 accounts on up.

Requirements:

*Must be able to type 35-40 words per minute

*1-2 years of excellent customer service

*Basic desktop/laptop troubleshooting skills

*Basic network troubleshooting skills

*Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments

*Must be able to multi-task effectively and efficiently

*Must be able to thrive under time constraints and pressure

*Strong analytical skills

*Must able to take on other duties not listed

Since the company is operating at 24/7, hours are dependent upon the clients needs and shifts will be needed to cover those hours.
