EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 1 year of customer care experience required
Previous call center experience desired
Work from home experience desired

COMPUTER SKILLS:
Excellent to high computer skills- use internet daily, knowledgeable with downloading programs and emailing file attachments. Skilled with using chat and instant message communications. Knowledgeable with keyboard short-cuts, such as cut-and-paste. Ability to trouble-shoot computer glitches independently before calling for assistance. Able to work with seven to fifteen browser windows open on desktop and can toggle between multiple windows.

High School Diploma or equivalent
18 years or older
Drug Screen, Background Check, and Credit Check:
• A successful result of a credit, background, and drug test is contingent on the job offer (Bankruptcy will not necessary eliminate you from consideration for employment)
• Most of the cost is covered by Alpine Access however a $45 flat fee is required to be paid by the CCP, upon job offer. The $45 is payable by credit or debit card through a secure, web-based system. The $45.00 fee is non-refundable

FULL TIME 1:30pm-10pm Sun Mon Tue Wed Fri
FULL TIME 1:30pm-10pm Mon Wed Thu Fri Sat
A minimum 12-month commitment to working this shift and program is required.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:
Windows XP - Service pack 2 installed (required)
• 512MB RAM (at least 30% Free)
• Minimum 1 GB free hard drive disk space available for required training downloads
• 1 GHz Processor or higher
• Monitor with minimum screen resolution of 1024x768 (1280x1024 Recommended)
• Sound card and speakers to listen to audio files
• Subscription to current Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware Software service that gives current updated definitions
Windows Vista Basic:
• 512MB RAM (at least 30% Free—1GB Recommended)
• Minimum 15 GB free hard drive disk space available for required training downloads
• 1.5 GHz Processor or higher
• Monitor with minimum screen resolution of 1024x768 (1280x1024 Recommended)
• Sound card and speakers to listen to audio files
• Subscription to current Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware Software service that gives current updated definitions
TRAINING
Program Training is conducted in a virtual classroom with a USB Headset purchased by the agent.
