The candidate need NOT be a nearby resident, however we prefer someone located in Montgomery, Berks or Chester County. Responsibilities:
All Administrative Duties, including (but not limited to) general clerical, data entry, invoicing/billing, organizing, filing, client interaction by phone and written correspondence, managing schedules, appointment-setting, preparing sales proposals and overall support for the sales staff.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma required...some college or business training preferred.
3 or more years of administrative support/general office experience.
Above average computer skills, including an intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Above average keyboard skills (50 wpm +/-)
Excellent grammar and spelling skills.
Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
Excellent phone demeanor and able to successfully interact with clients over the phone.
Better-than-Average math aptitude (NO bookkeeping, accounting or "advanced math" required...but, a good proficiency with numbers is needed)
Attention to detail and accuracy...superior organizational skills.
Able to work independently and manage time with limited supervision.
Work well in a deadline-driven environment.
Must be able to multi-task and adjust to a variety of situations.
Enthusiasm and a "can do" attitude.
