Description:
ICF International seeks Technical Specialists to work within the Human Capital line of business. The Technical Specialist will support a variety of Human Capital engagements supporting DoD and Commercial markets.
Technical Experience:
This individual will have experience in a wide variety of Human Capital engagements including most or all of the following:
Job Analysis
Survey Design and Implementation
Program Assessment and Evaluation
Training Needs Analysis
ISD Compliant Training Design, and Performance Management.
Client Experience:
The successful individual will have a demonstrated track record selling and managing work in the Human Capital arena. This record will include developed relationships with clients and a strategic vision of the delivery of Human Capital engagement to commercial and defense communities.
