Description:
Cloud 10 routes calls from our clients’ customers to your home using voice over internet protocol. You will be responsible for handling various customer transactions. Some of these transactions include providing information about products and services, taking orders and solving problems. You will use your computer and client-specific computer applications to work through these transactions.
Responsibilities:
Confer with customers by telephone, email or Web chat in order to provide information
Resolve customers' service or billing issues
Record details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
Upselling products as appropriate during customer service calls

Strong organizational skills and able to work independantly
A professional and articulate phone voice
The desire and availability to work 20 or more hours per week
A quiet work environment
A subscription to a dependable, high spend Internet service provider
A reliable personal computer with Windows XP operating system and headset
Basic computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple screens at once
Strong customer service skills, previous call center experience a plus
Ability to solve problems
Must be able to pass a criminal background
Additional Requirements:
We require that At Home Professionals do not have any conflicting responsibilities during their work shifts. Below are some things that people have found to be conflicting responsibilities while working at home:
Having disruptive pets
Being the primary caregiver for a young child or an elderly person during their work shifts
PC must have Windows XP (Vista will not work with the software our clients use)
Must have antivirus software Bandwidth download 1000K bits/sec, Upload 200K bits/sec
Must have a minimum 512 MB RAM memory
C drive must be 30,000 MB or greater
C drive must have 10,000 MB of free space
Measured clock speed must be 900 Mhz or greater
