VIPdesk Connect is on a quest to find top-quality Brand Ambassadors to provide call-taking services for our clients that represent top, premium industry brands. You could be an ideal match for one of our exciting client programs!
We currently have several opportunities for contracting with home-based Brand Ambassadors. We’ve made the process of becoming affiliated with VIPdesk Connect as simple and direct as possible. While there are a series of steps that you must complete, our goal is to provide you with up-to-date communications informing you of your progress at each step in the process. The following overview serves as a roadmap of the process:
First, you will register with us and have your email address and account information verified.
Second, you will tell us about yourself and your background and review/accept our basic requirements.
Third, we will make sure that your computer system meets our minimum requirements.
Fourth, you will review our current client opportunities and select those that best match your skills and availability. We will then gather some additional information to help us assess whether your knowledge, skills, and abilities are a match with the client opportunity.
Next, a member of our Brand Ambassador Relations Team will review your information.
Should our Brand Ambassador Relations Team determine that you are a match for a client opportunity, we will then conduct a phone screening, credit and background check.
Once all of these steps are complete, you will move into a Certification Program and then officially join the Brand Ambassador network!
