Full time position for a small but growing internet-based retail company. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated aptitude in customer service, including telephone and email. Responsibilities include answering calls from customers and/or vendors, email correspondence, and entering information on web-based portal. Excellent written and oral communications skills are required. Applicant should have the ability to troubleshoot and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in typing at least 50 WPM. Hours are M-F, 10 AM - 6 PM. Must live in NW suburbs of Minneapolis, preferably nearby Elk River.
