Expectations for Starting writers: (trial basis)

2 Articles

(this project will be offered each week on invitation only, the initial writers will be given the invitations based on performance and quality of initial 2 articles)

Prior or Current Military Spouse (Or prior/current armed forces active/reserve/retired/veteran)

Prefer United States Navy affiliation. Will consider other branches.

Accepted writers will be given contracts per-week.

Articles will have a minimum of 800 words, with a maximum of 1600.

Bonuses are available, though not a condition of the contract. Bonuses are granted on performance, quality and amount of editing/rework.

Finished project will be delivered via oDesk.

Finished projects are given one week to complete, however, can be completed prior to deadline. Topics can range from various items, varied per specific writer during interview/messeges.

It is preffered to have 'personal touch' as to first hand knowledge/experiences and opinions that would be oblivious to civilians.

Other Topics could include:
(prefered w/ some Personal acount)
Dealing with Current Political issues
Dealing with Dramatic Happenings (i.e. adultry, suspicion, politics, general dramatics)

Writers will be anonymous. Sensitive information will be screened, most all names will be changed if not of a factual/provable/fact checking able nature. Names concerning specific commands, etc. are allowable, in providing area specific information topics.
