HRCC has had an enormous impact on the growth of Hilton Hotels Corporation by shifting the task of booking reservations from operators at individual hotels to sophisticated call centers and localized web sites that process reservations for Hilton Family hotels.

Our mission statement speaks to that, as well as our commitment to our employees Job Summary In early 2007, HRCC launched a Hilton at Home program for part-time Reservations and Services Specialist.

As a part-time telecommuter, Hilton at Home team members perform the same role as on-site Reservations and Services Specialists. You will receive inbound calls from people across the country and assist them in making reservations for our hotels and resorts. You will use the most modern technology available while working from your home office. Basic Qualifications •Scheduling - In this work at home position you will build your own schedule using work hours that range between 6:00 PM - 12:00 Midnight. You will need to be available all 6 hours. Applicants must also be able to work weekend hours and some holidays. A minimum commitment of 20-25 hours per week will be required. Employees are allowed to swap/pick-up hours from other agents, as long as they do not exceed working 29 hours in a week.

•Excellent communication skills including the ability to speak, read and write fluently in English
•Steady job history
•Basic computer skills including navigational skills and the ability to conduct internet searches,
•Ability to pass reference checks, drug screen, and a criminal background check
•Ability to sit in front of a PC monitor for extended periods of time
• High school diploma or equivalent Additional Information **You MUST reside in the Tampa (metro area) to be considered for this position. Area codes 727 and 863 ARE acceptable, however you must have a feature called enhanced call forwarding which can be provided by your local phone service company (additional fees apply with enhanced call forwarding.)**

**Class starts on March 26,2009. Training is from 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM Monday-Friday for 7 weeks. Post training schedules will be built by each individual using hours that fall between 6:00 PM - 12:00 Midnight. Schedules will include weekends and holidays. Applicants must be available to work weekend and holiday hours to fulfill our scheduling needs.

The starting pay for this position is $9.00 per hour, plus monthly incentive. (Note: Rate is $7.21 per hour during the training period of 7 weeks.) *Spanish/Bilingual Agents will receive an additional $1.00 per hour after 7 weeks of training.

In addition to the Basic Qualifications outlined above, this position requires the following:

* Dedicated home phone with ability to make local calls to numbers in the 813 area codes. This phone line may not be through a VoIP (i.e.; Vonage, Skype, etc.)

*Intel x86 compatible Personal Computer (PC) - prefer less than 5 yrs old (Apple Macintosh are not supported) *Laptops ARE supported as long as the wireless feature is disabled*

* 512mb Ram (memory)

*Home PC with CD Burning capability (internal or external drive)

*Keyboard and mouse

*Monitor - preferably an LCD flat panel. A CRT may work but the screen will flicker.

* PC must be able to boot the demo CD (this will be reviewed if you advance to the next step of the pre-screening/ hiring process)

*Computer with sound/ sound card

*High speed Internet connection (wireless is not permitted)

* Have a home office environment that is professional, safe, and free from background noise and distractions

* Be able to attend paid training, on-site at our facility. All training's run Monday - Friday for seven weeks. 100% attendance is required (no absences or tardies).
