Online Macintosh software customer support (San Francisco)
Looking for a knowledgeable Mac software expert to answer support emails and moderate and answer questions on the forums. Need someone who likes to help customers, solve problems and isolate and report bugs. Part time for a few hours a day. Work from home. I would prefer someone in San Francisco to more easily get together for meetings, training etc.
Must have a Macintosh running Leopard and broadband connection.
