Looking for someone to work as an independent contractor doing part time customer service and editing of voicemail and web narration scripts.

Work from home using your internet connection and an internet phone we provide. Prefer someone within an hour’s drive of Washington, DC.

Hours are flexible, but you must be available 2 to 3 hours a day during business hours to return phone calls and answer customer emails. Also, involves copy editing voicemail and web narration scripts, contacting customers for pronunciations, etc.

Writing/editing experience or education required. Excellent sales, customer service, and communication skills a must. Also, must have good computer skills.

Pay is a percentage of gross sales and usually works out to $15 - 20 per hour. The workload is usually between 12 and 20 hours per week.
