Must have high-speed Internet connection, Windows Compatible PC (pref. XP), quiet work environment, outstanding prior customer service experience. Must be ultra-dependable and able to work with little supervision. You will be required to attend a 4- wk training session in a Montclair office during regular business hours.

Kelly Services is currently recruiting for stellar, exemplary, customer call center representatives to represent to our customer. This on-line service provider seeks WOW type of call center reps. They are selecting candidates based on their ability to impress them with their relationship skills, ability to build rapport and examples of exemplary service you have provided in the past.

The customer we represent seeks customer service reps to fill a Tuesday thru Friday 1:30pm-10pm and Saturday 8:30am-5pm shift. Some flexibility will be required if the call concentration is within one hour of start or end time-hours may flex.

Our customer seeks a solid work history, clear speaking individuals who can assess a customer issue, apply the procedures of the company and resolve issues quickly and courteously. When standard procedures do not prevail, a customer service representative that can think on their feet and provide the customer a unique solution is what they seek.
