Third Party Insurance Administrator seeks part-time call center representatives.
Work Hours = 9 to 3 (18 to 25 hours per week)
Days = Mondays, Tuesdays, plus one or two days out of Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday.
Pay = $10+ depending on experience
The nature of the work is enrolling new members for insurance (no sales), answering claims inquiries, and confirming benefit status.
Call Center, Health Insurance, Billing, or Claims experience are all desired.
Initially the training is on-site at our office at Anderson Mill & 620, but if you have hi-speed internet, a reliable computer and an appropriate setting (no barking dogs, etc) work at home will be considered after the training period.
Our Peak periods are the Fall and Spring with opportunity for reduced hours during the summer.
Spanish Speaking skills highly desired.
